The position of women has changed markedly last 30 years, women now is in every field of life, she studies, works, affect the society. People said that work of women can effect their families and provoke issues related to their children such as juvenile delinquency
There is no doubt that work of women can affect her children because childhood years are formative so they need parental guidance and special care. First, when parents let their children alone at home, they may be exposed to violence, drugs, security issues and inappropriate contents from Internet or friends.some of them are on the verge of becoming disaffected and even criminals.
However, It's unfair to assign all these issues to women, because it's men responsibilities also, in other words, some Dads didn't assume it and let women to afford all issues, also, school and society must play an important role to help children to arise in normal situations, that is to say school could rise awareness by oriented activities to children and society must accept women working since it's her right and it forms her identity. In other hand, Women has studies for years, she has sought for a job a lot, she feels comfort when working, she realizes herself as human before to be a Mom which also an important role. Another way, working women can improve the family financial situations, so a better conditions for children.
